The HR manager is responsible for planning, leading, managing, developing and coordinating the strategic and operational aspects of all HR functions including talent acquisition, learning and development, employees’ relations, compensation and benefit. The HR Manager shall develop and recommend human resources practices and procedures that assist in the growth of Hammoud Hospital University Medical Center.
 Qualifications:

·         Master’s degree in business administration with concentration in HR or related field.
·         SHRM, SPHR or other international certification is preferred.
·         Minim 8 years of progressive experience in the human resources department with minimum 3 years of them in a managerial position.

·         Deep knowledge of relevant regulations related to Lebanese labor law, NSSF rules, ministry of public health (MOPH)

Job summary:
The billing supervisor shall oversee the preparation of medical bills and invoices. Ensures billing operations are performed in accurate, timely and efficient manner. Supervises the billing processes and procedures and assists management in developing revisions .
Responsible for timely and accurate billing claim submission to responsible third party payers. Responsible for monitoring and development of billing staff. Monitors and creates edits in the electronic billing system to achieve accurate high clean claim ratios. Coordinates office efforts and works closely with the collection department to expedite collections.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in business/accounting. Masters is a plus
  • Five (5) or more years of previous hospital experience in all aspects of healthcare billing.
  • Knowledge of national and international healthcare standards for acute care facilities.
  • Excellent computer skills including microsoft office

Job summary:
The Pharmacy Director directs, establishes, and plans the overall policies and goals of the hospital's pharmacy services. Maintains contact with other department heads, medical staff, and nursing staff to determine needs, resolve problems, improve processes, and promote effective drug therapy. 
1. Recommend, justify, lead and manage pharmacy programs and services to improve patient care. 
2. Responsible for maintaining and updating a formulary of approved drugs at the hospital including: formulary restrictions, formulary guidelines, clinical pathways, and drug use algorithms.
3. Ensure appropriateness and quality of pharmaceutical care, including maintenance of a comprehensive performance improvement process to monitor all aspects of pharmaceutical care including: adverse drug reaction (ADR) reports and summaries, Medication error report summaries, medication use evaluation (MUE) plans and reports.
4. Recommend, monitor, and administer the pharmacy services operations budget.
5. Seek innovative ways to reduce/contain costs and ensure quality services.
6. Assure that appropriate charge capture and billing systems for pharmacy charges are developed and maintained.
7. Develop innovative methods of delivering pharmaceutical care in cooperation with the medical staff.
8. Serve as the liaison between the hospital and the pharmacy on all pharmacy related matters.
Qualifications:
PharmD from an accredited university; MBA is preferred.
Work permit from MOPH - member of the order of pharmacist.
Minimum 8 years of experience in a hospital 3 of them in a supervisory/managerial role.
Extensive knowledge of implementing sourcing strategies for multiple drugs categories.
Broad understanding of funding and pharmaceutical procurement requirements, needs and challenges.
Strong computer skills
Fluent in English both verbally and written.
