The Nursing Training Program provides students from approved universities and educational institutions with supervised clinical experience across various nursing departments.

Through exposure to real clinical cases, trainees strengthen their knowledge, apply theoretical learning in practice, develop essential clinical skills, and acquire competencies in infection prevention, patient safety, and professional nursing care.

Training begins after a formal agreement has been submitted by the concerned institution/university and approved by hospital management and the Chief Nursing Officer.

The Nursing Administration determines the number of trainees, training duration, and departmental placement based on hospital capacity and clinical availability. An approved schedule is then prepared to ensure safe, organized, and effective clinical learning.
