Program Overview
Our Pharmacy Training Program provides pharmacy students and graduates with supervised clinical and operational experience in a hospital pharmacy setting. Participants gain hands-on exposure to medication dispensing, medication use and safety, clinical pharmacy services, patient safety practices, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The program is designed to enhance professional knowledge, develop practical skills, and prepare trainees for future careers in pharmacy, especially in hospital settings. Training is conducted under the guidance of experienced registered pharmacists in a supportive learning environment.
Eligibility Requirements
- Enrolled in or graduated from a Pharmacy School. (Preferably in Lebanon)
- Very good academic standing (if applicable), and passing the exam prepared by the Pharmacy Department.
- Good communication skills and a very good team player.
- Ability to meet the institution's health, immunization, and onboarding requirements.
- Additional requirements may apply based on institutional policies.

Program Duration
The duration of the training program is a semester (10-12 weeks) depending on the training schedule and hospital requirements.

Applications are subject to availability of training placements. Selected applicants may be required to complete orientation and submit all required documentation before the start of the program. We encourage applicants to apply early, as training positions may be limited.
